Project overview
“Resilience in the workplace” is a guided-learning experience
Project type: Conceptual
Responsibilities: Research, Instructional Design, Script and Storyboard, Graphic Design, e-Learning Development
Target Audience: Young professionals
Tools: Articulate Rise, Krita, Canva, Figma
Year: 2022
The problem
Most young professionals find it difficult to face the day-to-day challenges of work. The inability to deal with the stressful situations that arise on a daily basis means misunderstandings at work, feelings of fatigue, an inability to think clearly to find creative solutions, and a lack of control over day-to-day work. It means to feel dissatisfied.
These problems can be better managed when we learn to better understand ourselves and create space to balance our energies, emotions and attitudes. which means that resilience levels can be identified. This will help you develop the skills and attitudes that will help you get out of life’s difficult situations.
The solution
It’s important to help young professionals hone their resilience levels which can help them face challenging situations very common in every workplace. Sometimes, not being able to tackle this situations may result in frustrations, an lack of adaptability to workplaces. A professional can be very skillful but if is not able to behave during a stressful situation it can turn against his performance and motivation at work. Understanding better resilience can help bridge the gap of managing stress at work.
This short and dynamic learning experience can be implemented during the onboarding of young professionals. Above all, the interactive story allow users to practice and internalize resilience threshold through decision making, direct feedback, and reflective writing.
This course has an interactive visualization made possible for its executions as web-responsive design.
The process
Creating this project was an ongoing process that required constant analysis and iteration. Through continuous feedback and understating I was able to develop a polished final version of this product.
I designed and developed this e-learning experience from start to finish. To achieve this , I wrote text-based storyboards, I designed visual mockups, developed interactive prototypes, and finally developed the final product.

Instructional design process
The full development of this project was challenging, but rewarding. Articulate Rise 360 was a tool that did not allow complete customization of a project, but I wanted to push the boundaries both creatively and functionally to create a cohesive and engaging product.
This project helped me gain a stronger sense of the instructional design process from beginning to end. I learned how to design, develop, and refine a learning experience that was story-based and addressed real-life communication problems for young professions. I discovered how essential the development phase of this project was in gaining a deeper understanding of tools that help create professional and quality eLearning experiences. I’ve discovered just how much every detail counts in the learning experience – from buttons, spacing, text font and weight, and and other design principles. These made a huge difference in elevating the learners experience.
Overall, I learned a lot from this project as well as the ins and outs of what Articulate Rise 360 was capable of. For my next project, I do want to continue pushing the creative and functional boundaries to create engaging and intuitive eLearning products.
